"I called Absolute Carpet Care because I was remodeling my bedroom and wanted to see if I could salvage my carpet, before considering taking it out completely and installing new carpet or hardwood flooring. I initially rented the Rug Doctor from a local grocery store, but was greatly disappointed since what I thought was a "steam" cleaner turned out to be nothing but light, cold water wash which just left me with a damp, and still dirty carpet. I decided to try one more time with a professional cleaner, and happened upon Absolute Carpet while doing an internet search. What caught my attention was the awesome deal that came in the form of an online coupon which allowed for a complimentary cleaning of a room up to 200 sq. ft. I called the very next morning after I had attempted to clean my carpet using the Rug Doctor, and the customer service agent was extremely helpful and confirmed that the online coupon was valid and not just a gimmick or laced with fine print. She ended up scheduling an appointment for me on the spot and was even able to squeeze me in the same day. The service technician who arrived was very professional. He inspected the room thoroughly and discussed my needs and concerns with me before he began cleaning the carpet. He gave me a realistic evaluation and explained to me that although a steam cleaning would help a great deal, it might not get out all of the dirt and stains in my carpet - but he would do his best. My carpet is ten years old, has been vacuumed rarely, and looked an absolute mess at the time. To my surprise and elation, what was once a dingy and dirty carpet, came to creme colored life again. The only parts that weren't immaculate were where the carpet meets the wall, but even after ten years of dirt and dust build up, he was still able to make quite a change, and even today I barely notice that there was ever an issue in the first place. I give my highest recommendation to Absolute Carpet Care, and hope that others will choose to take advantage of this great service."
